Delphi-X Observer
Ergonomic design and highly modern lenses make the Delphi-X Observer the ideal microscope for life sciences, such as cytology and pathology. The eyepiece’s 25mm visual field and the apochromatic plan lenses facilitate observations with perfect colour fidelity at high resolutions. With an inverse 6x lens revolver, a large stage with no protruding toothed rack and Gorilla glass, the Delphi-X Observer provides full flexibility. With its ergonomic design, low table, right- or left-handed controls and optional ergonomic tilt head which meets any user requirements, even long work sessions are no longer a problem.

ERGONOMIC TILT HEAD
A trinocular head which can be tilted between 0 and 35°, pupillary distance between 47-78mm and a phototube with a standard Ø 23.2mm. The trinocular tilt head has an optical lever which allows the light path to be controlled (100:0 / 80:20 / 0:100). ± 5 dioptre settings for both eyepieces.
LENS REVOLVER
Backwards-tilted, ball-bearing-mounted lens revolver for six lenses with 25mm lens threads.
LENSES
Plan semi-apochromatic PLi-Apo EIS lenses (4x/0.13; 10x/0.30; 20x/0.50; S40x/0.75; S100x/1.30 oil). All lenses are 60mm parfocals, have an M25mm mounting thread, have undergone anti-fungal treatment and are AR (anti-reflection) coated. Additionally, the 40x and 100x lenses have their own suspension (S).
ENHANCED INFINITY SYSTEM (EIS)
The Delphi-X Observer™’s Enhanced Infinity System (EIS) consists of 10x25mm super wide-field eyepieces, parfocal lenses with high numerical apertures and a 200mm focal length. The 200mm focal length lens reduces the angle of the light rays passing through the lens and, therefore, improves chromatic aberration correction and contrast. The large-diameter lenses allow the use of numerically higher apertures which improve the optical system’s overall resolution.

190x152mm table with 78x32mm mechanical table (for right-handed operation); (left-handed mechanical table available on request). Designed for 2 slides. Comes with Gorilla glass as standard (scratch-proof sapphire glass available on request).
FOCUS ADJUSTMENT
Coaxial coarse and fine drive, 100 graduations, 1µm precision, 100µm per rotation. Approx. 35mm movement range. Adjustable table stop which prevents damage to the specimen and lens. The coarse drive is fitted with a friction control. The focusing knobs can be switched from left to right as desired.
BRIGHTFIELD CONDENSER
Height-adjustable NA 0.90 / 1.25 Abbe swing-out condensor with numerical aperture markings.
LIGHTING
Diascopic 3W NeoLED™ Köhler illumination with internal 100-240V mains adaptor. Adjustable intensity.
ICARE SENSOR
The microscope’s lighting automatically switches off as soon as the user leaves their post.
CARRY HANDLE
Integrated carry handle and tools on the microscope’s rear.
Includes: Power cable, dust cap, 1x replacement fuse, operating instructions and 5ml immersion oil.
