Great quality refractor - great delivery

This refractor is of an amazing quality - no plastic, extremely high-quality finishing, great crayford micro focuser. Even the eyepiece/camera screw system is good (it is not just a screw blocking the eyepiece, but a whole ring progressively become tighter - so you don't damage the metal parts of your eyepiece/camera).
With the scope, you get a 28mm multi-coated 2 inches eye-piece, and a 2 inches diagonal mirror. The eye-piece is just a very good one, great observation confort.
It comes in a metal cases which is perfect for storing it when not in use (I use it as a piggy-bag on my CPC 1100 for wide angle astro-photography).
I have not tested it yet for long exposure times with deep sky objects, and am keep to test its optic (all astro channels I am following are quite positive about it, thus I am not worried).
A point of cautious: as said, am using this refractor for astro-photography, and could not get in focus with my ZWO ASI 294 - though it worked when putting the filter wheel in between (alternatively, you would need to add a segment between the scope and the camera - I don't use barlow for deep sky). So with the filter wheel, you get in focus at the very end of the focusing lenght.
Delivery was quick and perfect, and VAT had been credited to me (as leaving in CH, not in EU) - thank you Astroshop.

Completely agree with Jozef! I´ve used this telescope for a couple of years, and haven`t find any better for the planets!.... ( Even some "Nebulas") I must say!

The telescope is delivered in good-looking aluminium suitcase, 28 mm eyepiece, 2" diagonal prism, 2"/1,25" reducer, 2"/T adapter, 9x50 finderscope, tube rings and mounting plate. This telescope has almost perfect optics which offers diffraction limited picture. Also, it's mechanical treatment is very good. Crayford focuser is solid with no backlash and 1:10 gearing is great thing. Snap system of diagonal prism enables it's rotation along langtwise axis so you can justify the eyepiece or CCD position as you need. And some minuses ? The finderscope has no focusing and it is little disadvantage if you wear glasses. Although the dew cap's length is right (2 * D) I had to use my own longer one. Also sombody can be surprised that because of long optical length of diagonal prism it's not possible to focus without it using some eyepieces.
I bought this telescope as guiding scope for my older 5" Newton but now I often prefer it for it's excellent picture.
