Microscopes for biochemistry
High-precision optics and state-of-the-art documentation options are indispensable for the molecular-level investigation and analysis of morphology and dynamics. Different biomolecules can be labelled with fluorophores in order to more precisely research them - both individually and also in their interactions with other molecules.
Biochemistry demands not only very sophisticated fluorite objectives with high magnification, but also microscope cameras that not only provide excellent resolution, but also feature large pixels, high frame rate (fps) and versatile software. A camera with USB 3.0 is recommended for transferring data. Both upright and inverted microscopes can be used; this depends entirely on individual needs and your research set-up.
